Gift Acceptance Policy

PGS Foundation may refuse contributions that conflict with mission, involve illegal activity, attempt to control program decisions, or create reputational risk.

Dissolution Clause

If dissolved, all remaining assets will be distributed to another 501(c)(3) or a government entity for public purposes — never to private individuals.

Restricted Use of Funds

All assets and funds are restricted to charitable purposes: youth development, safety education, transportation access, community support, and leadership programming.
